1. Can we request specific shots or poses?

Absolutely! Your session is all about you. If there are poses, shots, or inspiration photos you love, share them with me and I’ll work to capture them exactly how you imagine.

2. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes! I collaborate with a talented videographer who specializes in cinematic storytelling. You’ll receive a beautifully edited 3–5 minute highlight film that captures the essence and emotion of your day. We also offer a 15-minute mini movie—a more in-depth film that documents your day from start to finish.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A 50% retainer is due upon booking to secure your session date. This retainer is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. I understand that emergencies may arise, and if you notify me as soon as possible, I will do my best to accommodate and reschedule based on availability. Any rescheduled session must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes — I offer all of the above. Every session includes a private online gallery where you can download your digital files. From there, you’ll also have the option to order high-quality prints and albums, with a variety of materials, sizes, and styles to choose from. All customization options will be available once your gallery is delivered.

5. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

I love helping plan your engagement session! From choosing locations and outfits to brainstorming creative ideas, I’m happy to collaborate with you. If you want to keep the session a surprise for your partner, we can make that happen too!

6. What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

For outdoor sessions, if the weather isn’t suitable on our scheduled date, we can reschedule to the soonest available date at no extra cost. For weddings and other events that cannot be rescheduled, I’ll adapt and continue photographing your day — making the best use of the conditions to ensure you still receive beautiful images.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Most definitely! I always prefer meeting before discussing any pricing or packages. It gives us a chance to connect, talk through your vision and needs, and make sure I recommend the package that’s the best fit for you.

8. How long until I receive the final photos?

Delivery time depends on the type of session. Shorter portrait sessions are usually delivered more quickly, while weddings and larger events take a bit longer because of the higher number of images. I’ll always give you a clear timeline when we go over your package details.
